Finding the Entrance
The last few steps are the easiest to overthink. Here is exactly what to expect.
From the Sidewalk to Suite 104
Enter through the front door on Fremont Street into the lobby, take a left into the hallway, and then a right down our hall to Suite 104 marked "Form and Function." The walk within the building is only a quick 10-15 seconds.
Parking
Several convenient options within a block of the clinic.
Garage Parking
Covered parking is available across the street. Validation is not required, and most patient visits fit within the hourly rate.
Rideshare Drop-Off
Uber and Lyft can drop off directly at the main entrance. Use our street address as the destination.
Street Parking
Street parking in the area is free, not metered. Spots are available on surrounding blocks, with the best availability typically on Fremont Street and nearby residential blocks.
We recommend allowing a few extra minutes during weekday midday hours, when the neighborhood is busiest.
Public Transit
The clinic is easy to reach by train or bus, with several CTA options nearby.

- 4-5 minute walk

- 13-15 minute walk
- Convenient for patients traveling from neighborhoods along the Brown Line, including Lincoln Square, Ravenswood, and Albany Park.
CTA Bus Routes
Several CTA bus routes stop within a 2-5 minute walk of the clinic, making transfers from nearby train stations easy.
- #8 Halsted - Frequent north/south service with stops just west of the clinic.
- #72 North - East/west service connecting to Wicker Park, Lincoln Park, and North Avenue destinations.
- #73 Armitage - Convenient east/west access from Lincoln Park and western neighborhoods.
